$199 Price Tag Rumor For Samsung Galaxy Nexus, Leaked Verizon Advertises

A number of days ago, it was reported that the Samsung Galaxy Nexus was not going to be released until around December. Speculating rumors went around which is where it was indicated previously that it would be released sometime maybe during November. Though it’s looking to be untrue, in fact it’s not that case at all. Thankfully, the good news was that on Black Friday there was a chance that the Nexus would launch for $199 on a two-year contract with Verizon.

Neither Google, Samsung, or Verizon ever revealed the information on pricing details for this phone. And it was up to the speculation of the public to see how much it would be on a contract. Since the previous 4G LTE phones on Verizon could easily cost around $249-299 on a 2-year contract initially, numerous people just assumed that the 4G LTE Nexus would just cost the same for the least part. Though a leaked ad from Verizon for the holidays places the price around $199 for the Galaxy Nexus respectfully.

We are still unsure if the $199 price tag is referring to the holiday promotions that could be running around by Verizon, for the upcoming holidays. Or will this be a permanent price tag for the Nexus, when it’s actually, finally released. Which ever way it happens, it’s a good bet to make that this will be the right price, as the advertisement was found by NetShelter who most often runs the advertising promotions for Verizon.

Sometime in the future though, we are just waiting for the official release by Verizon for the pricing and availability on the first ever Ice Cream Sandwich smartphone. In the mean time go to the store and buy some ice cream. That’s what I did and I feel ok now, but I just gained ten pounds. Time to call the hospital.
